2025 Sunset Kayak Tour

What a wonderful evening! Members of S.O.S. Hull and the broader Hull community gathered for a Sunset Kayak tour of the Weir River Estuary with Scott Plympton, owner of Nantasket Kayaks. Participants learned about the estuary's flora, fauna, and special protections under the Area of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC) designation.

After the kayak tour, we met at The Drift and participated in a thoughtful discussion with Karen Grey, President of Wildlands Trust. Karen has led Wildlands Trust since 2007 and shared insights into the role of land trusts and their benefits to local communities. Her organization plays a vital role in land conservation, serving 59 cities and towns across southeastern Massachusetts.
